If the dealer stands at 21 or less, the vendor pays the guess of any player having the next whole (not exceeding 21) and collects the bet of any participant having a lower complete. If there’s a stand-off (a participant having the same whole as the dealer), no chips are paid out or collected. When the dealer has served each participant, the sellers face-down card is turned up.
